Currently, I am working as Lead UX/UI designer at Jio.
I did this course to gain more knowledge on Voice User Interfaces (VUI). In this course, I learnt how to design, develop, and deploy customer conversational solutions using Contact Center Artificial Intelligence (CCAI).
JioBlackRock brought Jio and global investment leader BlackRock together to create a digital investment experience for India. I led UX/UI from day one, collaborating across both teams to deliver the AMC app and website.
